Born from Colorado's
Most Demanding Peaks
What started as three climbing guides sharing routes around Aspen became Colorado's most trusted name in premium mountain experiences. We don't just know these peaks—we call them home.
Our Foundation
Every adventure should be transformative, not just survivable.
We exist because Colorado's backcountry deserves guides who understand the difference between showing you a mountain and helping you truly experience it. Our mission is simple: create profound connections between people and peaks through expertly crafted adventures.
Meet Your Guides
Three lifelong adventurers who turned their obsession with Colorado's peaks into the region's most respected guide service.
Sarah Chen
Former Yosemite Search & Rescue team member who moved to Colorado in 2015 after falling in love with the Elk Mountains. Sarah has pioneered three new climbing routes in the Raggeds and holds the record for most Capitol Peak ascents in a single season (23).
Marcus Rivera
Born and raised in Aspen, Marcus learned to ski before he could properly walk. After competing professionally for 8 years, he returned home to share his intimate knowledge of Colorado's backcountry with adventurous skiers seeking untracked powder.
Jamie Thompson
International mountain guide with ascents on six continents, including Denali, Aconcagua, and multiple Himalayan peaks. Jamie brings world-class expedition experience to Colorado's technical terrain, specializing in multi-day alpine adventures.
Why We Guide
Mountains Don't Care About Your Schedule
Colorado's peaks operate on their own timeline. Weather windows open and close. Route conditions change hourly. We've learned to read these rhythms, to know when to push forward and when to turn back. This isn't about conquering mountains—it's about moving through them with respect and intelligence.
Every Client Becomes a Capable Adventurer
We're not just guiding you up a mountain; we're teaching you to understand the environment you're moving through. By the end of your time with us, you'll read weather patterns, assess avalanche risk, and move efficiently over technical terrain. Our goal is to make you a better, safer mountaineer.
Safety Is Our Non-Negotiable Standard
We've turned around 200 feet from summits. We've spent extra days waiting for weather. We've changed routes mid-climb when conditions demanded it. This isn't conservative guiding—it's experienced decision-making that lets you return for another adventure.
